The finest Mintaro lamb from local producer John Mitchell will be showcased alongside our hand crafted, estate grown wines.

Justin has paired his favourite wines to perfectly match each course, beginning with our renowned Watervale Riesling and moving onto the full-bodied red varietals throughout the night.
