Head Chef Luke Smith has curated a gourmet degustation-style menu of five courses, showcasing the Clare Valley's vibrant regional ingredients.
Each course is gluten-free, featuring hints of native flavours and the finest local produce to create hearty, comforting dishes - perfect to indulge in over winter.
Paired with five of our winemaker/owner Justin Ardill’s handcrafted wines, you’ll spend the afternoon celebrating seasonal fare and premium estate-grown wine from our beautiful region.
