Head Chef Luke Smith has curated a gourmet degustation-style menu of five courses, inspired by the Mediterranean flavours shared across coastlines.
Each course is gluten-free, featuring the finest seasonal, local and whole ingredients, to create fresh, traditional dishes to be shared over great wine!
Paired with five of our winemaker/owner Justin Ardill’s handcrafted wines, you’ll spend the afternoon celebrating seasonal fare and premium estate-grown wine from our beautiful region.
