To celebrate the 2026 Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb, we are offering an exclusive Degustation Lunch featuring local lamb and estate-grown handcrafted wines, showcasing the vibrant and authentic flavours of Mintaro and the Clare Valley region.

For Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th of September, Head Chef Luke Smith has curated six gluten-free degustation-style courses showcasing the finest Mintaro lamb using seasonal and local ingredients. Paired with five of our winemaker/owner Justin Ardill’s handcrafted, premium wines, you’ll spend the afternoon celebrating food and wine from our beautiful region.
