Maturation: 24 months in French Oak Hogsheads. 90% Grenache 10% Shiraz

Profile: Cherry, blackberry, plum, spice, Cigar box and vanilla with soft tannins

Cellaring: Bottled August 2021. Best consumed 2024-2035
