Displaying dark raspberry and plum with black pepper and spice, this wine is soft and opulent with a long finish.

Juicy, fruity and simply delicious!

Sourced from dry grown fruit from our St Clare Vineyard, this Cabernet Sauvignon has matured for 18 months in French oak hogsheads.

With a generous nose of dark cherries and blackcurrants, it has juicy dark fruits and smooth vanilla on the palate. The finish shows minty dark chocolate with soft tannins.
