The demeanour of these Dachshunds inspired the name 'Barking Mad' in particular when the trucks pull into the winery laden with grapes ready to be crushed during vintage. By the end of a long, hot vintage, the winery team are all Barking Mad too!.

Sourced from Riesling fruit from our St Clare Vineyard, this wine has been tank fermented to create a truly tantalising sparkling.
This bubbly has a light fresh bead with lime and citrus flower flavours with a hint of nectre.
The new innovative 'SPK' closure is re-sealable and keep ths wine fresh and bubbly for up to a week after opening (if it lasts that long!).

Produced from the highest quality fruit, our Sparkling Mad Shiraz is perfect for celebrations or for enjoying anytime!
Sourced from Reillys Vineyard at Leasingham, our Sparkling Shiraz is open fermented for 10 days before maturing in American Oak hogsheads for 12 months.
Tank fermentation has resulted in a smooth wine with a fine bead and flavours of blackcurrant, blackberries and cherries with a hint of spice.

Introducing our latest Barking Mad pup - young, fresh and little bit cheeky, this label perfectly represents the wine!
Premium fruit has been picked from our St Clare Vineyard at Watervale where the elevation and soil is perfect for growing Riesling, giving the wine mineral characteristics.
Lifted floral and citrus aromas are followed by delicate lemon and lime flavours on the palate. A hint of minerality, this wine has rich, concentrated fruit and is finished by crisp, refreshing acid.
Enjoy now or be rewarded by cellaring for up to 10 years to enjoy an aged Riesling.

"Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays distinct lemon and lime top notes followed by some orange rind and a hint of talc. The palate follows on from the nose demonstrating excellent concentration for its price point. Mouthfilling flavours of lemon and lime followed by a touch of orange rind and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with long lime, lemon and mineral aftertaste. Drink over the next 2-3 years. (2011-2014)."

Our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc has been produced from our St Clare and Leasingham vineyards and blended with wine from the Adelaide Hills vineyard.
This wine is fresh, crisp and herbaceous. With flavours of gooseberries and ripe tropical fruits, this wine is enjoyed slightly chilled.

Fresh and fruity - our Barking Mad Rosé is a perfect summer time wine!
Using a blend of Grenache and Sangiovese fruit from our St Clare Vineyard, the juice was extracted using 50% free juice run only resulting in a light delicate wine.
It has uplifting summer berry flavours which are enhanced by sweet spices and has a refreshing dry finish.
